REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

We only offer replacements if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in approved cases and processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

5. Failed Deliveries

Failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation of the order.
