At Akazera, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on akazera.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and the production process involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. Replacements are offered exclusively in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged item: The item you received is physically damaged, defective, or of significantly poor quality that was not caused by the customer.
  • Wrong item delivered: You received an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size, or wrong product entirely).

To be eligible for a replacement under either of these exceptions, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@akazera.com
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Allow us up to 3–5 business days to review your request and respond

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement. Akazera reserves the right to assess each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not standard practice and are only issued in cases that have been reviewed and approved by our team. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or general dissatisfaction not related to a product defect or delivery error
  • Once a refund has been initiated, the timeline for it to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part
  • Akazera will notify you by email once your refund has been approved and processed

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once an order enters the production stage, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@akazera.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

5. Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Akazera is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to the customer's failure to accept the package, be present at the delivery address, or collect the item from a designated pickup point, the following may apply:

  • The order may be returned to us by the carrier
  • Akazera reserves the right to cancel the order in such cases
  • Any re-delivery costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds in these circumstances are subject to our standard refund policy and are not guaranteed

6. Shipping & Delivery

Akazera processes and ships orders within the timeframes stated on our website at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by our team, we encourage you to reach out again and allow us the opportunity to address your concern. We are committed to resolving all issues in a fair and reasonable manner. Akazera reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund, replacement, and cancellation requests in accordance with this policy.

Akazera reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
