Shipping policy

1. Overview

At Akazera, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. We currently deliver across Lebanon using trusted courier services. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

2. Processing Time

All Akazera products are made on demand. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, your order enters our production queue. Standard production time is 2–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays and is separate from delivery time. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location within Lebanon. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times will vary based on your area and the courier's schedule. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Akazera is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, road conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

A fixed shipping fee is applied to all orders. The shipping fee applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part. We do not offer free shipping at this time unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

5. Courier Partner

We have partnered with Road Train Deliveries to handle the fulfillment and delivery of your orders across Lebanon. Road Train Deliveries is a trusted logistics provider operating within Lebanon. Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking updates directly from the courier. Akazera is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier once the order has been handed over for delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and accessible. Akazera is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully before signing or accepting delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the package or its contents, please:

  • Refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@akazera.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage

Failure to inspect items upon delivery or to report issues within the specified timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement under our Refund Policy. If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer's absence or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us and Akazera reserves the right to cancel the order. Re-delivery costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.
