Welcome to Akazera! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Akazera. Akazera operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Akazera is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Lebanon is our country of domicile.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to make transactions on this website. If we become aware that an order has been placed by a person under 18, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity, including keeping your account and transaction details secure and confidential. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. Please notify us immediately at info@akazera.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We offer pre-designed T-shirts printed on demand. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Akazera reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Orders cannot be modified once production begins. Please review your order carefully before submitting. In the event that we cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Akazera does not store or retain your full card details. You represent and warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once an order has entered the production stage, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@akazera.com with your order number. Akazera cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted and will not be held liable for orders that have already entered production.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCTION TIMELINE
All Akazera products are produced on demand following order confirmation. Standard production time is 2–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received. Production timelines are estimates and may vary. Production time does not include shipping and delivery time.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and content on this website — including but not limited to T-shirt artwork, logos, images, text, graphics, and branding — belong to Akazera and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission from Akazera. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Akazera.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have control over. We provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
We may use third-party providers for production and delivery. These third parties operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Akazera is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of any third-party provider. The Services may also contain links to third-party websites. If you leave our Services to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Akazera is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Akazera. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Akazera. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Akazera.

SECTION 12 - PRIVACY
Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users. SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Akazera, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Akazera, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

SECTION 21 - OFAC COMPLIANCE
We do not provide services to sanctioned countries. Akazera complies with OFAC regulations and does not provide products or services to individuals, entities, or countries subject to applicable economic sanctions or trade restrictions. By placing an order, you confirm you are not located in or acting on behalf of any sanctioned country or restricted party.

SECTION 22 - FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control. Akazera shall not be held liable for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party providers.

SECTION 23 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 24 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You and Akazera consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon for any disputes arising under these Terms.

SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
